Our vision and plan is to help families achieve affordable home ownership so they can cut their #1 biggest expense ~ Housing.  We are partnering with the national Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), set up by the U.S. Federal Government as a way to unload the abundance of foreclosed homes. We help people buy these and other properties at deep discounts.  We rehabillitate the homes then re-sell or rent-to-own them to families who qualify. Imagine cutting your housing costs by 20 to 30%. When I first saw my sister and mom I instantly noticed they lost quite a bit of weight. Of course I asked, “How did you do it”?  They both followed a simple and practical eating plan for a few weeks. When they told me about it, I was amazed because this is almost exactly how I ate from 1990 to 2005 maintaining my ideal weight and dress size the entire time. After having two babies, my body went right back down to its ideal weight including a flat stomach. It wasn’t until my kids were in elementary school that I gained 7-10 unwanted pounds. What happened is that I began eating some of the “kid food” they would eat – pizza, cheese burgers, french fries, cheese fries, hot dogs, etc.  Not only that, I would over eat which stretched out my stomach making me desire larger portions to feel satisfied.  The plan below helps us shrink our stomachs down to our natural sizes so that we can only eat small portions of food several times per day. In the fitness world the experts say that our physique is largely (70%) due to our diet. Since 1986 I’ve consistently worked out three to four times per week. I’ve had this extra layer of fat on me because of poor food choices and eating too much. Not anymore!

Now I’m following this practical plan (below) designed by a certified nutritionist for four weeks to lose 10 pounds of fat. Additionally, I’ll be re-training my subconscious mind for success by following our “Dream Program Method” in Appendix B of “Dream to Destiny”.  If you want to lose several pounds of unwanted fat as well, please join me in following this two-prong approach!

The Weight Loss Plan:

- Eat the same or slightly modified items listed below for two weeks to jumpstart (“shock”) your system.

- Have one “re-fuel” meal per week where you can eat anything you want, except fried foods.

-After two weeks eat the same thing for breakfast and lunch. At dinner, you may have any lean meat (fish, chicken, turkey, beef tenderloin, etc.) with a steamed green veggie or green leafy salad with light dressing.

-To lose one pound per week you have to burn approximately 3,000 calories over a seven day period. If you exercise three to four times per week in addition to eating this way, you’ll lose approximately two pounds (or more) of fat per week.

-Eat slowly when you’re physically hungry. Stop eating when you feel satisfied. Never over eat!

-Do cardio exercises (walking, jogging, biking, swimming, etc.) for 30-45 minutes on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Then do three sets of abdominal exercises – 35 repetitions in each set.  You burn more fat with this combination.

Breakfast:  Whey Protein Shake (1 cup water, 1 scoop Whey protein, 6 frozen strawberries, 1 tablespoon Liquid Flax Seed Oil, 1 Equal)

Lunch:  Turkey Sandwich & Baked Chips (Up to 6 oz. lean turkey meat, whole wheat bread, light mayo, mustard, onion, lettuce, tomato & 12 baked chips. Condiments and veggies are optional.)

Snack:  12 Raw Nuts (almonds, cashews, etc.)

Dinner:  Chicken & Brocoli or Salad (6 oz. chicken breast, 2 tablespoons any sauce to top – optional)

Snack:  Non-fat yogurt (1 cup of any flavor)

No calories after 7:00 to 8:00 pm (3 – 4 hours before bedtime)

Living the Dream

Linda is an only child, born and raised in Ohio. After graduating high school she joined the U.S. Air Force, leaving her hometown. She met and married Jim Finch, and after living elsewhere many years, Jim and Linda returned to Ohio in 2005. They have one daughter, now grown, also living in Ohio.  For a long time it was Jim and Linda’s dream to move to a sunny area with a beach. You’ll be amazed at how this big dream, along with three others, became a reality within several months.

“I really empathize with people who are down and out right now,” says Linda, age 61. “During my working life, there were two occasions where Jim and I were laid off. We were never able to build up any retirement savings. The 401(k) plans come to a complete halt when you get laid off. Then it usually takes a few years before you’re vested in a new company to get it going again. You would think we’d start saving money on our own, but things were always tight and we just weren’t smart enough to do that. I know how easy it is to get yourself into the situation so many find themselves in today, where you’re living with the bare minimum in your life.”

Eventually, Linda became an independent contractor doing legal transcription so that she wouldn’t have to worry about being laid off again. She now services law firms on the West Coast, working from home Monday through Friday, 4:00 a.m. to Noon, with the rest of her time free to have fun and pursue other interests.

One Friday night Linda watched our ABC “Wife Swap” episode. She got so motivated after watching the show that she Googled my name, found DreamProgram.com and ordered our “Dream Program Kit” plus a “Mentoring” session with me.

Something she saw on the show helped her recognize that she was in a downward spiral. She had gained so much weight that she couldn’t walk for very long distances anymore. After our 45 minute mentoring session (by phone), she and Jim created their Dream Board together. They wanted to semi-retire and move to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina within the year. Their new dreams began to take shape.

Tragically, a few months later, Jim suddenly died. Linda was devastated! Not only did she lose her husband of 35 years, but faced unexpected funeral expenses, and many unpaid medical bills her insurance carrier would not pay.

“In my most trying time I reached out to Dina for help to get through it. She was wonderful! She coached me to use the Dream Program method, which included journaling, visualizing, prayer and more. It helped me grieve and get through the devastation. I took her advice, followed her instructions and miraculously I started getting through it. God moved powerfully in my life and in my heart! I vividly remember the day I wrote out my ideal husband wish list. It was in the summer of 1992. In my journal I handwrote the following attributes I wished for in a husband/ soulmate: He has charisma, is a leader, is a business person, is my best friend, loves to work out, I’m attracted to him, a strong Christian, we’re in love, he loves me unconditionally, etc. Then I prioritized these characteristics, closed my eyes and visualized my dream husband coming into my life. Once I got a vision of him in my mind, I prayed to be prepared to be an excellent wife. (Notice here that I assumed the sale, so to speak. I knew that God would give me exactly what my heart desired for I reasoned that He gave me these deep desires in the first place, and He’s the only One who has the power to bring this dream into my reality.)

The first and most important step is to know exactly what you want and what you don’t want in your soulmate/ life partner.  Get a piece of paper and pen right now. Write down what you deeply want in your soulmate. Write the opposite of what you don’t want. (This is very important because you always want to think and write in terms of what you desire to bring about in your life.  For example if you don’t want someone shy and reserved then write on your wish list the following:  ”Someone who’s very outgoing,” for example.)

Only two months later Mark introduced himself to me at Beauvais’ Gym while I was working out. This was my favorite health club and his brother was the owner. I had NO IDEA he was THE ONE. Interestingly, the third time we talked in the gym, Mark says that afterward he was overwhelmed with the strong and clear thought (from Above) that he was going to marry me. (Isn’t that amazing how Infinite Intelligence works? Mark was given a small vision of our future.) That day we had talked for about three hours, exchanged phone numbers and soon became best friends, one of the most important attributes on my list. We built an amazing friendship and were married a few years later.

Mark was everything on my dream list. We both decided to remain pure and save our physical relationship until marriage. (Yes, that really is possible.) My dreams became my destiny!

These visualization exercises helped to increase my faith so that God could work a miracle. Jesus says, “according to your faith it will be done to you” (Matthew 9:29 NIV).  This tells me that God meets us where our faith is at. It’s my job to get my faith up to match my heart’s desires.  The Dream Program method is simply a tool to increase your faith.  When you can see it in your mind and feel it in your heart, you can achieve it.  God has the power to manifest it through your faith. “Faith is being sure of what you hope for and certain of what you do not see” (Hebrews 11:1 NIV).

Some days I was so exhausted from praying, searching and networking that I’d just lay down flat, body and face on the floor or bed, and I’d cry.  I couldn’t say a word. I was broken, spent, and needed help.  My spirit was praying desperately for Ringo’s return.

The seventh and final step in Dina’s manifesting method is “Surrender”.  I admit, I was like a spoiled child for the seven months that I was looking for Ringo. I was not willing to give him up in my heart.  I was not surrendered at all. Finally I realized that I had to take this final step which was more like a leap of faith. (All day long I’d talk to God as if he was standing right next to me.)  Finally I got to the point where I said, “Lord, if it’s not in your plan for me to have Ringo back, then please give me the peace that surpasses all understanding. Take this pain from me.” A day or so after this prayer, I got an inspired thought (from the Lord) to create a new Facebook page for Ringo as if he were a person.  Even though I already had a fan page for him, I took immediate action on this lead from Him, as Dina teaches in her book.

Literally over night, Ringo had 90 new friends and one of them, a girl who I did not know, said she may know of his whereabouts. She said he was sold to an Amish community. I promptly called a friend to go look at all the black horses in a nearby Mennonite community (another lead from Above).  She went there and thought she saw him. She told me, “I think it’s worth you coming up here to Delano, TN”.  I traveled one hour to get there. A young guy came up to me at the market. His name was James. I told him my story and laid out 25 pictures of Ringo along with his Bill of Sale. I got this overwhelming feeling and thought, “I know he’s here.  I feel his presence. I know my horse is here.” (Another thought given to me from Above.)

James said we could drive around looking for Ringo. We went a little ways and saw a bunch of black horses.  I said to Papa, “Stop the car!”  I got out and whistled the way I always did with him, “Hey Boy, hey Ringo, let’s go!” One black horse turned his head to look at me. It was my boy! It was Ringo!

Papa and I drove back home brainstorming and praying about how we were going to free Ringo from this community and bring him back with us. Struggling with fear that I wouldn’t be able to buy Ringo back, I hand wrote the happy ending to Ringo’s story per Dina’s advice.  This exercise helped me to fight fear with faith so that I could manifest his homecoming. I even started paying board for him before I actually got him back.

A few days later, Papa drove me back up there to meet with the young man who bought Ringo. His name is Conrad.  When I met with him he said, “Tell me about your horse.”  I answered, “Ringo was a surprise Christmas gift to me six years ago.  He’s 16.1 Hands High. He hates to back up.”  (Conrad smiled.)  He pulled out a picture of Ringo.  “We have him.  I call him Ringo too.  I want to give you your horse back,” said Conrad. I started crying.  We put Ringo in our trailer and brought him home.

(The Mennonites don’t treat their animals with a kind hand. It’s all business. Ringo was very distraught because he was their tractor and the engine for their carriages for months. He was their workhorse.  His eyes are worried. He even has worry wrinkles. But now that he is back at home, he will be cared for with love!)

Praise and glory be to God for leading me right to my boy and then for allowing me to get him back!  I believe that all this has happened so that I would have a strong testimony, inspiring faith in others.  He works all things out for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 NIV).

Thank you, Dina Beauvais and the Dream Program, for helping me to remain faithful yet surrendered in my best friend’s return!  I am living my dreams, thanks the Dream Program!

Dream Program student, Tonja Wilkes of Rossville, Georgia, was miraculously led to her best friend and horse, Ringo Star, after seven long months of being kidnapped and sold.  Ringo is a Percheron Draft horse similar to a Clydesdale, and very well trained. Ms. Wilkes used to show him often.  Tonja was betrayed by one of her closest friends who offered to let Ringo stay at her barn for free.  After a while, this friend cut off all communication with Tonja and later admitted selling Ringo for $1,000.

After following the Seven Step Method in the book, “Dream to Destiny”, Tonja was miraculously led right to Ringo and was even able to bring him back home. “Stolen horse stories rarely have happy endings,” says Tonja, “but thankfully I had the faith to rely on God and stay positive with the help of the Dream Program and friends.  I just did as God told me to do which is what Dina teaches in her book, Dream to Destiny.”

We share this true and inspirational story with you to let you know that you can achieve your dreams as well.  Go after them with FULL faith and perseverance when you apply the same method to your life as Tonja did!  In this story, Tonja shares what she did to find Ringo.

Tonja’s Story:  Originally I saw Dina teaching about the Dream Program on an ABC PrimeTime TV show.  After this inspiring episode, I went on Facebook to find her and I did. She accepted my friend request right away and we began communicating back and forth. She sent me her award winning “Dream Program Kit” which includes her book, “Dream to Destiny”. The Los Angeles Times voted this kit one of the Top “Recession Busters”.  Originally I used the Kit to help my fiancé get a job after being laid off for two years.  Two months after reading the book and applying the method, he was called in for an interview from a company that he applied to over 24 months ago.  They hired him right away and now he’s making more money than he made before he was laid off. This victory convinced me that the Dream Program Method works!

A few months later Ringo was stolen and sold by one of my close friends. To manifest his return, I got my “Dream Program Kit” out again.  With many pictures of Ringo and me together, I created a Dream Board (13” X 15”) and hung it on the back of my door where I could see it often. On it I wrote, “Ringo and Me Together Forever”.   Several times a day I’d pop kiss my hand on his face and say, “You’re coming home soon”.  Throughout each day I’d visualize having him back.

I didn’t follow the method perfectly.  At times I floundered in my faith but would always get back on the horse, so to speak.  Ha Ha!  With the help of my friends, family and mentor, Dina Beauvais, along with many of Ringo’s Facebook fans, I’d muster up the strength to persevere in my faithful quest to find him and bring him home.

I got the brilliant idea (from Above) to use social networking to find Ringo.  So, I started a “Bring Ringo Home” fan page on Facebook to spread the word across the U.S. and around the globe for everyone to be on the lookout for my boy.  Many people were joining me in prayer asking God to bring Ringo home. When I was down, Dina would encourage me on Facebook to remember that God knew exactly where Ringo was and to continually ask Him to lead me to Ringo. She also coached me to visualize riding Ringo every night before falling asleep.  She reminded me to believe with all my heart then follow the leads from Above. I diligently followed this advice. (This is an important action step I am sharing that is also laid out in “Dream to Destiny”.) Every night before falling asleep I’d lie in bed, close my eyes and focus all my energy on visualizing my boy back with me.  The room had to be dark and perfectly quiet.  I’d concentrate on my breathing and the visual would come to me.  I’d go to “my little place” in my mind and imagine riding Ringo early in the morning across lush green pastures. I could feel the dew on my skin and see the fog in the air.  As I was joyously riding him, I could even smell his scent as well as the dirt he kicked up on our run. Then I’d drift off to sleep, often having wonderful, vivid dreams of Ringo being home with me.
