Tonja’s Inspirational Story (Part 2 of 2)

(Continued from Part 1)

These visualization exercises helped to increase my faith so that God could work a miracle. Jesus says, “according to your faith it will be done to you” (Matthew 9:29 NIV).  This tells me that God meets us where our faith is at. It’s my job to get my faith up to match my heart’s desires.  The Dream Program method is simply a tool to increase your faith.  When you can see it in your mind and feel it in your heart, you can achieve it.  God has the power to manifest it through your faith. “Faith is being sure of what you hope for and certain of what you do not see” (Hebrews 11:1 NIV).

Some days I was so exhausted from praying, searching and networking that I’d just lay down flat, body and face on the floor or bed, and I’d cry.  I couldn’t say a word. I was broken, spent, and needed help.  My spirit was praying desperately for Ringo’s return.

The seventh and final step in Dina’s manifesting method is “Surrender”.  I admit, I was like a spoiled child for the seven months that I was looking for Ringo. I was not willing to give him up in my heart.  I was not surrendered at all. Finally I realized that I had to take this final step which was more like a leap of faith. (All day long I’d talk to God as if he was standing right next to me.)  Finally I got to the point where I said, “Lord, if it’s not in your plan for me to have Ringo back, then please give me the peace that surpasses all understanding. Take this pain from me.” A day or so after this prayer, I got an inspired thought (from the Lord) to create a new Facebook page for Ringo as if he were a person.  Even though I already had a fan page for him, I took immediate action on this lead from Him, as Dina teaches in her book.

Literally over night, Ringo had 90 new friends and one of them, a girl who I did not know, said she may know of his whereabouts. She said he was sold to an Amish community. I promptly called a friend to go look at all the black horses in a nearby Mennonite community (another lead from Above).  She went there and thought she saw him. She told me, “I think it’s worth you coming up here to Delano, TN”.  I traveled one hour to get there. A young guy came up to me at the market. His name was James. I told him my story and laid out 25 pictures of Ringo along with his Bill of Sale. I got this overwhelming feeling and thought, “I know he’s here.  I feel his presence. I know my horse is here.” (Another thought given to me from Above.)

James said we could drive around looking for Ringo. We went a little ways and saw a bunch of black horses.  I said to Papa, “Stop the car!”  I got out and whistled the way I always did with him, “Hey Boy, hey Ringo, let’s go!” One black horse turned his head to look at me. It was my boy! It was Ringo!

Papa and I drove back home brainstorming and praying about how we were going to free Ringo from this community and bring him back with us. Struggling with fear that I wouldn’t be able to buy Ringo back, I hand wrote the happy ending to Ringo’s story per Dina’s advice.  This exercise helped me to fight fear with faith so that I could manifest his homecoming. I even started paying board for him before I actually got him back.

A few days later, Papa drove me back up there to meet with the young man who bought Ringo. His name is Conrad.  When I met with him he said, “Tell me about your horse.”  I answered, “Ringo was a surprise Christmas gift to me six years ago.  He’s 16.1 Hands High. He hates to back up.”  (Conrad smiled.)  He pulled out a picture of Ringo.  “We have him.  I call him Ringo too.  I want to give you your horse back,” said Conrad. I started crying.  We put Ringo in our trailer and brought him home.

(The Mennonites don’t treat their animals with a kind hand. It’s all business. Ringo was very distraught because he was their tractor and the engine for their carriages for months. He was their workhorse.  His eyes are worried. He even has worry wrinkles. But now that he is back at home, he will be cared for with love!)

Praise and glory be to God for leading me right to my boy and then for allowing me to get him back!  I believe that all this has happened so that I would have a strong testimony, inspiring faith in others.  He works all things out for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 NIV).

Thank you, Dina Beauvais and the Dream Program, for helping me to remain faithful yet surrendered in my best friend’s return!  I am living my dreams, thanks the Dream Program!

Poor to More- Spiritually, Emotionally, Relationally & Financially

Posted by admin - Under: DinaBeauvais

In the beginning of my new book, Dream to Destiny, you will find “My Story”.  For those who know me, you might be thinking, ” how did Dina grow up poor when her dad was a doctor and grandparents were wealthy?” My dad left us when I was seven years old and he remarried soon after. The court-ordered child support was $800/mo. so that’s what he paid and this is all we had to live on as a family of four in the 1980’s. Mom still tells us that we lived “below poverty level”. On several occasions I remember our house being so cold in the Midwest winters that  our guinea pigs and hamsters froze to death.

My grandparents were quite elderly and wanted nothing to do with my mom, my two younger sisters and myself because Mom was diagnosed bipolar and we were considered “wild animals”. (Mom was in and out of institutions from the time I was five years old until I was 18.) Granddad donated a house to us as their parental duty to my mom and saw us once a year at the most. If they hadn’t given us a house who knows where we would have lived. My grandparents assumed my father would help us and my father assumed that my grandparents would help us. The result- no one really helped us. My great aunt paid for our schooling hoping that a “good education” would solve our problems. No one wanted to be hands-on with us to teach and to guide us. We had to fend for ourselves. We were so much on our own that we didn’t even have to go to school.

Living in poor economic conditions was NOTHING compared to the emotional neglect and abuse we endured as young children into adulthood. I felt bankrupt spiritually, emotionally and relationally. As a result I was suicidal throughout high school and attempted suicide at age 18. Thankfully I was unsuccessful because one year later my whole life turned around when I learned about harnessing the power of my mind and passions through the power of God. I went after my dream of a balanced life. I wanted to be whole- spiritually, emotionally, physically, relationally and financially. This dream became my reality over the next two years! Even more importantly, this dream has remained my reality for the past 24+ years! I’ve been living my dreams for close to two and a half decades and refuse to settle for less! I went from Dream to Destiny and so can you! You can create the destiny that you desire, just like I did. I show you exactly how, step-by-step in my new book, Dream to Destiny. You’ll find The 7 Keys to manifesting your dreams. It’s a simple and easy method that ANYONE can do. All you have to have is a strong DESIRE.

In Dream to Destiny I share in detail how my grandparents and father were role models from afar. I was able to watch them from a far away distance and see HOW they achieved prosperity. Even though they didn’t try to teach us anything, Mom told us stories about them and we learned second hand from her. For example, Mom’s father bought real estate in the Great Depression. From this mention I learned that it’s smart to buy real estate at a bargain when most others are afraid to buy. Granddad built businesses around his passions. I learned that it’s great to own a business and to build it around what I love. I wanted the financial stability that Dad and Granddad enjoyed and believed it was possible for me. My desire and belief were the beginning of my road to prosperity.

Dad was a workaholic, unavailable emotionally, physically and financially. From the pain of his absence I vowed to learn from his mistakes to be there for my family the way he wasn’t there for us. He bought a car for me when I was in high school but I desperately wanted his guidance and love more than anything. If I would have given into the negativity of my dysfunctional upbringing I could have easily been a high school drop out, drug addict or worse- ended up dead like my older half brother who committed suicide because of the neglect he felt. Instead I chose to rise above by tapping into The 3 Powers simultaneously (God, mind and healthy passions). My purpose in this life is to inspire and encourage people to become who they’re meant to be, to step into their divine destiny!

You Can Manifest Your Dreams

Posted by admin - Under: ABC Wife Swap Show, Manifest, Manifesting

You can manifest your dreams when you tap into The 3 Powers™ (mind, passions and God) simultaneously! This is how I’ve manifested dream after dream since 1986. If you’ve seen our Wife Swap* episode or read ABC’s press release you’ll see that this is what I’ve been doing to create the life of my dreams for close to two and a half decades. Very simply put, I ask God for what I strongly desire because I know that he has the power to do anything and I know that he loves me. (He is so pleased to see this kind of faith because he understands how difficult it is for us to believe in the unseen.) After I ask him persistently with faith, as outlined in my Dream to Destiny book, I take action on all the sudden hunches and instincts that he gives me.

“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”  Matthew 19:26

My mission is to use my gifts of faith and encouragement to offer hope to many in these uncertain times. A solution to the current economic problem and any challenge that you face lies within our Dream to Destiny book and method. I am here to lift people up and out of their discouragement by inspiring them to utilize all of their natural resources to create opportunities. The Power of God is the “X-factor” and missing ingredient most of the time. Many have conquered circumstances and achieved great success on their own sheer power and will. I would argue that in most cases these success stories involved years of arduous strain and hard work – maybe even decades. It can be done. But there is a better way.

My message is this: There will be miracles when you ask God, believe and take action! My purpose is to teach people how to manifest their dreams through the simultaneous combination of The 3 Powers (God, the power of the mind and the power of passion – The 3 Powers™. If you will fully employ the tri-fold unity of The 3 Powers, miracles will happen in your life! My family, my clients and I are all living proof that this works. You are not a guinea pig because I’ve tested it on my family and on myself first. We were the guinea pigs. When it worked for us, we started teaching others the method. It worked for them as well. It will work for you too if you have a strong desire and belief that you can have what you seek.  Then you’ll need to take action and follow our steps. If you don’t have these three essential ingredients (desire, belief and action) then the method won’t work for you. The 7 practical steps (The 7 Keys™) in the Dream to Destiny Book and Kit show you step-by-step how exactly to tap into The 3 Powers simultaneously to manifest your dreams. It’s a very simple system that anyone can do.

About our ABC Wife Swap episode, here’s the message that we (my husband and I) were striving to get across to the Swap family and to the viewers: God is bigger than the economy! You can rise above the current economic conditions and any other challenges through the power of God first and foremost. Secondly, by tapping into into the full power of your mind, gifts, talents and passions (your Natural Resources), you can achieve miraculous results! There will be miracles when you ask, believe and take action. Don’t look for opportunity in the distance, search for it right where you are. Cultivate all the resources that you have right now- your mind, gifts, passions, skills, talents, health, etc. If you don’t use them, you’ll lose them. Don’t give up on your dreams because if you do you will slowly die. Hold onto your dreams and soar on eagles wings when you put your hope and trust in God (Isaiah 40:31). You can soar high above the Elkhart, Indiana unemployment rate when you harness your power to your passion. You don’t need to look for a job along with 40,000 other people, create jobs around your passions, dreams and gifts.

*Wife Swap, ABC’s hit reality TV show, airs on the Lifetime TV network as well and around the Globe. The name of the show should be “Family Swap” as that’s really what it’s all about- two families teaching each other how to be more balanced. It’s 100% above reproach and great for kids to watch too! The show is in its 6th season and has been a hit since season 1 in 2003.

Faith in Action

Posted by admin - Under: Belief in action, Christian faith, Faith, Faith in Action, Faith is a verb, Inspiration, Mark Beauvais

When you think of “Faith” what do you think of?

Most of us think of faith as something we believe in. Others as something we have or possess “Wow, she has really strong faith.”

Truth is, faith is not something we have. It is not intellectual belief. In its origin “faith” is a verb, not a noun, which is different than most of us think. The root word for faith is the Hebrew word “aman” (aleph-mem-nun). It is not a possession or even a character trait. It is a verb. It embodies whole-hearted confidence in action. So faith is an action. It is something we do vs. something we have. Or rather, it is confident belief, acted upon.

Examples come to our mind of people who were known for “having faith.” Abraham, the father of Israel, was known for his faith. Abraham was considered faithful for what he did. God asked him to go, and he went. In his case, his faith was shown in his obedience. Smart guy.

If you’re familiar with the bible, Hebrews Chapter 11 contains “The Faith Hall of Fame.” This is unofficial, of course, because the bible doesn’t call it that; it just lists several examples of those who showed inspiring faith. Although most relate “faith” to the spiritual realm, this is not intended as a religious discussion. Faith is not limited to that space. Examples of faith are all around us. When we drive, we have faith that others on the road will stop if the light is red, go when it’s green, stay in their lane, etc. Absent this, it would be chaos. We could cite many examples of things we take for granted each day that require faith to function – medicine, science, banking, government, currency and more.

When it comes to personal faith, most measure this by belief. Do you believe strongly enough in something or in yourself to see it manifest in your life? This concept has been greatly abused in religious, especially Christian circles. Beginning with “Seed Faith,” ghost-written for Oral Roberts, the “prosperity gospel” movement began in 1950’s American evangelical circles. If the right things didn’t happen for you, if you weren’t prosperous or “successful,” it was because you didn’t have enough faith. This is very dangerous and has led to much twisting of the truth. After all, the Pharisees believed such things.

When writing his inspired letter, James, leader of the church in Jerusalem and brother of Jesus, said this:

“Faith by itself, not accompanied by action is dead. I will show you my faith by what I do.” (my emphasis) James 2:17,18

Strong words! I doubt any of us want faith that is dead. Our “faith” is shown not with mere words, but with action. What we believe must show itself in what we do.

In a world where things gradually slip to more depraved standards all around us, I need to be a person of principle and action who stands up for what is right. If I don’t, no one will.

We are always teaching our children, “No matter what others do, as far as it is up to you, YOU need to do what’s right.” If we’re going to teach our children this, we need to do it ourselves. Otherwise, we’re hypocrites! I don’t want to be a hypocrite. Do you?

Make a decision today to show your faith in what you do, not just by what you believe or say. After all, Faith is an action!
